yeh generally a good guild needs a core group of mature players ......they can teach the noobs how to act and stuff.....not sure if asda has guild wars or any kind of guild event but i think a good guild can help you get past those hrs of grind....and i do agree age isnt that much of a thing now days with alot of kids having a very mature mind set ...so i think 18+ requirement should be changed into mature players only.

here are some names for you:
I am not - think of that as the best name ever for special stuff like when you go recruit "I am not - recruiting new guild members!" and people will shout at you "So shut up..."
or "I am not is the best guild I love it" and people will tell you "I am not is... smart kid..."

or BSOD (bow swordies of doom) that's helpful when everyone will keep saying "lol" and we'll have to explain what it really means and then they will go "... you are stupid aren't you?" and walk back slowly

or AfroSquadDefectedAim which is so dumb you wouldn't think about it so it will never be taken :O

or TheHelpfulFriendlyGuysThatActuallyAreTheBadGuysWhoTakeThisGameTooSeriously

18+ guild sounds nice (in that I for one wouldn't have to worry about falling for jailbait...) but seriously, there would be no way to enforce/confirm it.

And seirously, maturity is not limited by age. Also, this is a game. 18+ topics shouldn't be a reason to form a 18+ guild. You want to discuss porn, do it through your email.

Instead of an 18+ guild, just set maturity guidlines and enforce them. Knowing peoples ages in a guild would be nice, but saying that it is an 18+ guild would just make people lie about theirs.
